The role I am recruiting for is a Mechanical Project Manager to run a £5m M&E Project in Cambridge with occasional travel into the London office. The project entails the building of a 316 unit student accommodation.
The client has been in business since 1973, and since then they have widened their capabilities to take to a much wider range of projects and developments. Their experience covers a wide range of sectors including educational, medical, custodial, industrial, commercial and domestic to name a few. With projects based around the South of England, the Midlands and Wales, they operate with a team of strategically placed and locally staffed offices and a strong work force of professionally qualified Project Operatives.
My Client is looking for a highly trained and professional Mechanical Project Manager with experience in running M&E projects in the educational and residential sectors up to the value of £5m +.
Previous experience is necessary and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is a must as the current project has a strict time line.
My Client is willing to pay a successful candidate between £50-60,000 depending on experience + package including a car and other benefits.
If this sounds like the thing for you, apply now.
