One of the largest mechanical and electrical contractors in London is looking for 2 experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join their existing team on site at Gatwick airport.

The Mechanical Project Manager

The role itself will see you working on projects with M&E values typically up to £3mln inside the airport itself.

The Company

The client has been successfully running for more than 60 years across multiple sectors. With a turnover topping £112m they are definitely one of the best names in the industry.

Experience

As a Mechanical Project Manager you must have experience with commercial projects with a broad knowledge of MEP installations.

Specifically you must be comfortable with boiler room changes / refurbishments as well as chillers.

Previous experience on an airport would also be ideal.

All levels of experience considered, although intermediate to senior level preferred, with salary levels to suit ability. As a PM you would report directly to the Operations Manager.

You will also have satisfactory experience within the construction industry and hold relevant qualifications such as the following:

ONC/HND Mechanical Engineering

C&G 341 parts 1 and 2

BTEC National Certificate in Building Services Engineering

HND Building Services

SMSTS

CSCS Managers Card

IOSH Management

First Aid at Work HSE approved

Sound basic working knowledge of Excel and Word

Remuneration

The role is providing a salary between £55,000 and £70,000 + negotiable package.
