The Facilities Project Manager

The client are recruiting a Facilities Project Manager who has experience with estimating to drive profitable growth across the business unit and understand and define the long term business unit strategy.

Some of your tasks will be driving the management and operational aspects of the projects under your control and being accountable for their profitability and performance, including the establishment and achievement of targets, ensuring the company and client needs are exceeded at all times.

The Company

The contractor is a well established m&e contractor based in Hampshire. They provide the full range of services from design and install of mechanical, electrical, fire, security, access systems as well as a full integrated facilities management service.

Remuneration

The role is providing a salary between £40,000 and £45,000 along with an amazing package including:
