Reporting to the Sales Director you will be developing new and existing customers, maximising sales for installation, service and planned preventive maintenance.
Identifying new markets for the sale, service and maintenance of all refrigeration, air conditioning and associated equipment.
Seek new customers, identify their needs, issue quotations for identified equipment and installation.
Monitor and follow up quotations.
Respond to tender requests, perform site surveys and issue tenders for contracts within set time restrictions.
Co – Ordinate orders with the service department for scheduled labour for both installation projects and service contracts won.
Liase with assigned project manager and client for handover procedures on contracts.
Upsell “add on” services to all clients where Service and Maintenance agreements are required.
Submit weekly/monthly reports as required by Sales Director and Managing Director.
Liase with Service Department for the ordering and delivery of equipment required for the installation of sold projects.
