Ductwork Project Manager
Project Manager or Supervisor experienced in leading Ductwork projects? Based in the North Home Counties or commutable to Milton Keynes? Looking to join an ambitious company who can offer real career progression?
Well, I’ve got a very exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing ductwork specialist who have just won a raft of new work.
The Ductwork Project Manager Reporting to the Regional Director, you will take the day-to-day lead on either one large, or multiple smaller projects. This division is based in Milton Keynes, and undertakes work outside of London.
You will be a confident leader to build strong teams around you and ensure that projects are delivered both on time and budget. You will also have responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment for staff, and help to motivate your team and troubleshoot any issues they face.
This is also a client facing role, so this would definitely suit a good communicator who considers themselves well organised.
Projects will potentially be valued in excess of £1M, generally based north or west of London. In the medium term, the company are also exploring options to work in Northern Europe and partner with some of the leading contractors working on data centres – So you could even get to travel as part of the role!

Having already established themselves in London, they have set up a divisional office in Bedfordshire to expand their growth. Having grown turnover into the millions, and with the core business turnover in excess of £50M, it’s an exciting time to join a business going places.
Experience and Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of various types of ductwork installations
Confident leadership and communication skills – Comfortable handling multiple site teams and clients
Ideally 5+ years in a management position, but will support more junior staff
Ideally will hold SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card and First Aid at Work certifications
The successful candidate can expect to receive an annual salary of up to £60,000 p.a. depending on experience with a travel package, contributory pension, and a discretionary bonus. With plans to continue growing the business, there will be an opportunity for someone to step into a Contracts Manager role with a view to becoming a Director in the long-term.
