Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre
One of the leading names in M&E contracting are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with prior data centre experience. This is a permanent role that will be based in Middlesex for the 12 months, with further projects anticipated in London.
The Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take the lead ensuring the project is delivered to expectation. Duties will include short term programming, site logistics, supervising and managing engineers and subcontractors, ordering materials, providing technical advice and keeping a close eye on project spend to ensure profitability. You will also have oversight on project reporting, be confident to chair design team/client meetings and ensure strict health and safety standards are maintained.
Ultimately, you will have full oversight to install both HV and LV services, so will need to have a strong technical background to overcome issues as they arise.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous data centre project experience with strong working knowledge of both low voltage and high voltage services
Confident leadership and communication skills
Ideally 5+ years in a project management position
Relevant industry qualifications advantageous – Degree/HNC or similar, 18th edition etc.
Located within an hour of Middlesex, with access to London
The successful candidate can expect to receive an annual salary of up to £65,000 p.a. depending on experience with a travel package, contributory pension, 25 days annual leave and a discretionary bonus. With some huge growth anticipated over the next decade there will be some very genuine opportunities to prove yourself and work on some of the most high-profile projects in the City.
