Essentially a 3rd line client support role covering :
SCCM / Windows Active / Group policy / Office 365 / Windows 10 & 7 Technical Skill/Experience
A minimum of 12 months experience of products is essential and appropriate vendor certification is preferable Leads technical implementation of small to medium infrastructures and technical designs including producing cost and timescale estimates and identifying risks.
On larger projects works within a technical framework of the project to meet customer requirements.
Establishes working relationships with the customer and relevant operational units, at the appropriate technical and/or management level, to understand the requirements of the customers business in order to deliver and enhance the service.
Takes ownership for obtaining the information required to diagnose and resolve more complex problems than the engineer level. Engages with third parties to jointly resolve in-depth product issues where necessary. Proactively analyses information and trends, proposing action to resolve problems, maintain and enhance service.
Ability to use SCCM 2016 to complete Development Centre Builds
Be able to provide Apple Mac support and software installs
Ability to set up SSH and SFTP client connectivity Desirable
