The successful candidate will be work closely with the executive chef and the owner to develop exciting menus. The Island is home to its own farm, where most ingredients are grown and reared. You will also work closely with the purchasing team to ensure you are always up to date on stock due to the remote location of the property.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Sous chef with a Michelin Star/Fine Dining background with hospitality experience. Preference will be given to those candidates who have worked in remote locations.
