Executive Sous Chef Required for Top 10 Private Island Resort! Job, Fiji

Excellent opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef to join a top resort in Fiji. We are looking for someone who can work well in a remote island location. The suitable candidate will be European trained, with Michelin Star experience. This role will suit a candidate that will be involved in menu planning using freshly grown ingredients from the island, in a Fine Dining environment. My client is one of the World’s top 10 privately owned islands, hosting VIP guests from across the globe.

The successful candidate will be work closely with the executive chef and the owner to develop exciting menus. The Island is home to its own farm, where most ingredients are grown and reared. You will also work closely with the purchasing team to ensure you are always up to date on stock due to the remote location of the property.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Sous chef with a Michelin Star/Fine Dining background with hospitality experience. Preference will be given to those candidates who have worked in remote locations.
