Role: Intune Helpdesk Engineers (1st Line Customer Service Support)

Headcount: 3 positions

Contract Length: Initial 3 months

Location: Sheffield

IR35: In Scope

Pay Rate to Candidate: £150 (Umbrella)

Minimum Requirement:

Existing mobile phone service is moving over to Microsoft Intune.

They are looking to get all users migrated over before the existing contract ends.

Answering telephone, skype and face-to-face user queries on the transition of mobile phone users from BES to Intune Available online, in the office and on the phone between 8am & 5pm

ESSENTIAL

* Experience of Intune MDM solution

* Experience of Samsung handsets

* Clear presentation skills

* Good user interaction

* Clear communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face

* Must be willing to travel across sites as required to support the rollout schedule

* Ability to work at pace

* Office 365 experience Attention to detail – high rate of first time fix

DESIRABLE:

* Knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server

* Asset management experience Public Sector experience, or working in a regulated environment
