HVAC Project Manager
A reputable HVAC contractor are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to cover projects across London in the commercial fitout and refurbishment sector.

Reporting directly to the Projects Director, the Project Manager will be expected to lead multiple teams in the successful running and completion multiple fast track HVAC installations on behalf of recognised national chain restaurants or coffee shop among other contracts such as CAT B office fitouts and hotels. You will provide oversight on programming, budget control and health and safety to established site teams. With the nature of the role strong administration skills are also a must.
Work could include:
Air conditioning (DX, VRF & 4-pipe fan coil unit systems) Supply and extract ventilation including heat recovery systems Boiler installation and associated pipeline components Water treatment Domestic hot and cold-water services Environmental power and control systems Commissioning services Rainwater pipework systems and above ground drainage
When not out on site, you will be working in the office. With the travel required, a driving license will be essential.
A well-established contractor in Hertfordshire with a strong presence predominantly in London, but with a growing reputation across the UK. The company enjoy ongoing contracts with leading national restaurant chains, and are now securing larger contracts in excess of £500,000. With a family-focused culture, they have excellent staff retention rates with a number of people with the company for a number of years. Ideally will have a proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and in budget
Previous HVAC experience on commercial projects
Working closely with their internal engineers, you may also need to produce scheme drawings so experience using AutoCAD is extremely advantageous

The successful candidate can expect to receive an annual salary of up to £50,000 p.a. depending on experience, a company car allowance, 25 days annual leave and discretionary annual bonus. Working hours are 8am till 5.00pm.
