Interiors Project Manager
My client is a tier 1 contractor that offers a full Design, build and maintain service with over 20 years’ experience in the industry covering a range of sectors. After a successful spell of winning more and more tenders, they are now looking for an Interiors Project Manager to drive their already thriving team forward.
The role I am recruiting for is an Interiors Project Manager to manage and deliver interiors and construction works on client sites in commercial sector (£10k to £1m). The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and delivery of interior refurbishment and installation projects and produce the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The client has been in business over 20 years and began as an electrical contractor before expanding into the interior fit out sector and then took the step into the world of a Main Contractor. They promote a healthy work/life balance and encourage members of staff to try their hand at other sides of the business should they wish to take on a new challenge. Based in their newly refurbished offices, done by themselves as a showcase to their work, in Milton Keynes, you will be expected to spend time building relationships within the office before having the free reign to be able to work from site or even from home.
My Client is looking for a highly trained, loyal and professional Interiors Project Manager with experience in running Interiors refurbishment projects up to the value of £1m.
Previous experience (3-5 years as a Project Manager) is necessary and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is a must.
My Client is willing to pay a successful candidate between £40-47,000 depending on experience + package including a car and other benefits.
