The Mechanical Project Manager
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will take the lead day-to-day ensuring projects are delivered to expectations. You will be site-based managing multiple teams and coordinating works alongside a team of Supervisors and Chargehands. You will ensure that high standards are maintained, both for quality of work and for site health and safety. You will also help produce reports on site activity, progress and help resolve any technical issues.
This will include plant room installation and installing services for new office space. As such, experience of leading teams on large plant, pipework and ductwork installation will be very useful.

Experience and Qualifications
At least 5 years in a similar role
A background in commercial and residential (ideally medium, in excess of £5m)
Ideally degree qualified, but HNC or HND advantageous
Relevant site qualifications including SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS
Natural leadership and communication skills
The successful candidate can expect to receive a day rate
