Mechanical Project Manager
A tier one mechanical and electrical contractor are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager in London. With a number of project wins, they are looking for someone confident to lead commercial fit out projects in excess of £4M in value.
The Mechanical Project Manager
With a number of upcoming projects, you will take the for all mechanical aspects of a commercial fit out project, alongside an Electrical Project Manager. You will be tasked with managing multiple teams of sub-contractors installing electrical services. You will motivate your team to meet project deadlines, ensure strict H&S standards, keep close control over quality and help troubleshoot any practical design issues. This will be supported a by various Supervisors reporting directly, and you will even have a Construction Manager on larger projects.
Ultimately, these will be fast-paced projects so you must be a keen forward planner, able delegator and effective communicator to keep your team on task and client relationship strong.

Experience and Qualifications
At least 3 years in a Project Management role, ideally with a medium to large building services contractor
A background in medium to large commercial projects (ideally on projects £4M and up)
Relevant technical or higher education advantageous – I.e. HNC/HND or degree qualification (but those qualified through experience very much considered)
Relevant site qualifications including SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS (ideally black card)
The successful candidate can expect to receive an annual salary of up to £70,000 p.a. depending on experience with travel expenses, a generous contributory pension, 25 days annual leave and an enviable bonus.
