HVAC Project Manager

A reputable building services contractor are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage multiple fast track commercial fitout projects across the Thames Valley region.

The HVAC Project Manager

Reporting directly to the Contracts Director, the Project Manager will be expected to lead multiple teams in the successful running and completion multiple fast track HVAC installations on behalf of major clients. You will provide oversight on programming, budget control and health and safety. With the nature of the role strong administrations skills are also a must. Projects are generally consisting of commercial office space across the Thames Valley/North Home Counties area.

Work could include:

Air conditioning (DX, VRF & 4-pipe fan coil unit systems) Supply and extract ventilation including heat recovery systems Boiler installation and associated pipeline components Water treatment Domestic hot and cold-water services Environmental power and control systems Commissioning services Rainwater pipework systems and above ground drainage

The company enjoy ongoing contracts with leading Main Contractors with a strong presence across London and the South East. They operate in open plan office space, which reflects the senior leadership style in terms of being transparent, close knit and efficient.


Ideally will have a proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and in budget

Previous HVAC experience on commercial projects

Working closely with their internal engineers, you may also need to produce scheme drawings so experience using AutoCAD is extremely advantageous



First Aid at Work


The successful candidate can expect to receive an annual salary of up to £60,000 p.a. depending on experience, a company car allowance, 28 days paid leave (including bank holidays) and discretionary annual bonus. Working hours are 8am till 5.30pm.
