Mechanical Project Manager

An up and coming Mechanical Building Services company are searching for a Mechanical Project Manager to work out of their Southampton based office to take their company forward.

The Mechanical Project Manager The role I am recruiting for is a Mechanical Project Manager to run projects in and around Southampton and the surrounding area mainly in the Hospital and retail sectors up to a value of £2.5-£3m.

The Company

My client has been operating since the late 1970’s and has gone from being a pipework company, to one of the better known Mechanical Building Services companies on the South Coast. Run by a team of Tier 1 experienced directors, the company developed into a fully multi-disciplined mechanical services HVAC contractor, considered to be amongst the most reputable in the area turning over £10m a year.

Experience

My Client is looking for a highly trained and professional Mechanical Project Manager with experience in running M&E projects up to the value of £3m.

Previous experience (3-5 years as a Project Manager) is necessary and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is a must.

You must also have an extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, especially the heating/plumbing and pipework elements.

Remuneration

My Client is willing to pay a successful candidate between £50-60,000 depending on experience + package including a car and other benefits.
