Receptionist / Help Desk Administrator Job, Horley

One of my top clients in the FM and Maintenance sector are looking to bring on an administrator to work in their Horley office.


We are recruiting for an Administrator in the Horley, West Sussex, with our well established client.

As an Administrator you will need to have:

  • Accurate typing skills
  • Previously used Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Maths and English GCSE’s grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Details:
  • Salary: £25,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 09:00-17:15
  • Location: Horley
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of an Administrator:

  • Set up files
  • Scanning and allocating paperwork
  • Filing, archiving, retrieving files
  • Data entry onto in-house system, updating databases
  • Administration duties as required
  • Admin support to the Team
  • Answering the main line phone
