A position for a IS&S PMO & Resource Manager has become available. You will be responsible for managing project controls and co-ordinating resource requirements of the Information Systems and Services department.

Your main responsibilities as a IS&S PMO & Resource Manager will involve:

-Leading and managing the PMO function and resources, including career development, succession planning and performance management across the department

-Varied, challenging Support usage of methodologies by providing guidance and training as appropriate, and establish governance to track, provide visibility and continuously improve

-Defining, implementing and managing and maintain Quality Assurance processes including oversight of stage gate processes, definition of entry/exit criteria.

-Providing reports to stakeholders on status, assurance outcomes, resourcing, utilisation, financial risks and issues

-Collating, proactively managing and reporting on financial performance, Resourcing and Project performance across the department.

-Co-ordinating and ensuring mandatory training and objectives are cascaded and monitored through the department.

-Communicating a clear vision and strategy for the future of the IS&S team, generating enthusiasm through what you say and how you say it and Inspire commitment to the long term goals of the team

-Supporting the team and functions to manage succession and key critical skills to ensure that an adequate level of capability is maintained in the long-term.

-Creating a great workplace, a high performance culture and inspire good people management through others

Your skills and qualifications:

-Demonstrable extensive exposure to programme and project governance and methodologies in a complex organisation of relevant scale and complexity

-Exposure to audit assurance, reporting and identification of key risk areas in large programmes / organisations

-A proven track record of driving change and improving performance

-Comfortable managing multi disciplined, geographically disparate teams

-Demonstrable experience of Project Risk management including proactive mitigation.
