The ideal candidate we are looking for will have extensive knowledge and experience in in hospitality and event management with detailed knowledge of F+B, Rooms/facilities management, FOH and concierge operations. It is essential that the successful villa manager has experience with pre-opening and opening of hotel or private residential properties.
This role will suit an individual who has strong leadership skills, a villa manager who is able to train and coach their team and is a self starter and motivator. Attention to detail is pivotal in this role to ensure they and their team are providing impeccable services and experiences to their guests.
You will be reporting to the island GM, and will be responsible for 2 villa estates on the island. You will manage a core team consisting of a Head Chef, guest services manager, house keeping plus working closely with the islands core team. Due to the size of the property everyone will be taking a hands on approach to ensure everyone works closely and well together to create the best possible experience for guests!
